PRODUCTION PRODUCTION
From the very beginning until today, the Production Department or popularly known as the „Workshop“ is an important segment of the entire construction process of both main pipelines and supporting facilities, as well as parts construction of process plants.
An important segment of the process
Over the years, listening to the needs of „Construction Department“ during the construction of main pipelines or large projects in the process industry, it has grown from a service and auxiliary to a respectable one that covers more than 3,500 m22 and is equipped with modern equipment for cutting, manipulation, assembly and welding of various elements that are used in the construction of main pipelines or process plants.
Through continuous investment in human capital and equipment, the ability to follow the needs of “Montaža” has long since grown, therefore it offers a complete service on the market, manufacturing pressure vessels of various purposes and materials, pipelines and pipe segments, heat exchangers, filters for the gas and process industry, and steel construction.
ENGEENIRING ENGEENIRING
An integral part of the Production Department is Technical Preparation, whose primary function is the creation of workshop documentation for the purpose of starting production within the Workshop and support for Construction on the site. However as is the case with Workshop, the Technical Preparation staff have outgrown the ability to only monitor the works related to Construction Department, so at this moment they can offer a complete service of creating project documentation for wide variety of products such as; process vessels, heat exchangers, pipeline segments, filters for the oil&gas industry and various steel structures.
Project documentation and preparation of strength calculations
Furthermore, in addition to the control calculations of already designed equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, various tanks) the Technical Preparation Department staff offers service of making thermal and strength calculations as well as the design documentation necessary to produce process equipment based on the user’s process parameters.
Through decades of monitoring the construction of main pipelines as well as process plants the employees of Technical Preparation Department have developed the capabilities that we offer to market as an independent service.
Calculations control
The engineering services we offer to the market include control calculations of materials and wall thicknesses of process equipment according to project documentation, which is integral part of tender documentation or project for a third party.
Project documentation and preparation of strength calculations
